CPR Square provides American Heart Association CPR and BLS training courses. By registering for our courses, you agree to:
Students must:
Certification cards are issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements. CPR Square reserves the right to withhold certification if requirements are not met.
CPR Square provides training based on current American Heart Association guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee that training will prevent injury or death in emergency situations. Students use training at their own risk.
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, handouts, and presentations, are the property of the American Heart Association and CPR Square. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Prohibited activities include:
Course fees must be paid in full before or at the time of training. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit cards. Returned checks may incur additional fees.
Cancellation and refund policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy. Please review those terms before registering.
CPR Square reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
