CPR Square is committed to providing excellent customer service and fair refund policies for our training courses.
Students may cancel their registration and receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class start time may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for refund, depending on circumstances.
In the rare event that CPR Square must cancel a class due to instructor illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will receive:
Students who fail to attend their scheduled class without prior notice (no-show) are not eligible for refunds.
Students who begin a course but do not complete all requirements are not eligible for refunds. However, arrangements may be made to complete the course at a later date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
