CPR SQUARE Refund Policy
Refunds on Traditional Classes are available if more than 2 business days advanced notice is given before the original course start date and time, and are only eligible for the initial class date.
∙ No Refunds will be given for cancellations on or after the original class date.
∙ No Refunds will be given once a class has been rescheduled.
∙ No Refunds on Fast-Track or Online Courses.
∙ No Refunds on registrations received less than 48 hours before class start time.
∙ If you Don’t Show to a class you will be charged a No Show Fee of $12 for BLS & CPR Classes or $28 for All Other Classes. If you no showed for your scheduled class you must first pay the no show fee before you can be rescheduled.
∙ No refunds will be given for Course Books or Course Materials that have already been shipped or picked up.
∙ All courses must be rescheduled within 45 days of the originally scheduled course date, limited to 3 reschedules.
∙ Fast-Track or Online course codes must be used within 60 days of purchase.
∙ Online course certificates are only valid for 60 days after completion. |
